Joseph Grace has spent over twenty-five years working in the senior housing industry participating in the design, development, construction, and business planning for over 800 assisted living units in the state of Florida.

Nonprofit Work

Mr. Grace partnered with a local church to facilitate the construction of an assisted living facility for their nonprofit. The 128 room facility was constructed over the course of a year and opened in April 2006. Lease up for the 501(c)(3) operated facility moved quickly. Mr. Grace worked with the church administrator to refinance the conventional construction loan with tax-exempt financing, which was completed by the end of 2006.
